Residential Sales

We offer a comprehensive marketing package for all our vendors, with competitive rates of commission to include all the tools you need to give your property the best possible chance of achieving the maximum price as smoothly as possible. We market on all the major platforms so can ensure your property reaches the maximum possible viewership and ultimately achieves the best possible price. Included in our commission rate we cover the costs of the marketing materials, professional photos, floorplan and an EPC, should the property require one, as well as offering virtual 360-degree tours and this would be on a no sale no fee basis, so if we don’t find a buyer you are happy with you don’t pay us a penny.
