Alistair is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in asset management and valuation. He began his career at the Grosvenor Estate, where he honed his skills in property management and valuation. Over the years, Alistair has contributed his expertise to various property companies and consultancies, focusing on asset management and valuation assignments. Notably, he served as the Head of Valuation at the Ringley Group, overseeing comprehensive valuation services.

In 2022, Alistair co-founded the Professional Services department at Eightfold Property alongside Simon Jones and Rebecca Runcorn, bringing together a team of experienced surveyors to offer specialized valuation services. At Eightfold Professional, Alistair holds the position of Valuation Director, where he continues to provide expert guidance in property valuation.

Alistair is a Registered Valuer and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), underscoring his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in the industry.
