Jack Bree
Graduate Surveyor
Born and bred just along the coast in Eastbourne, Jack has worked in the property industry since the age of 14, starting off as a part-time estate agent. In his gap year he worked full time as a block/ estate manager, managing a portfolio close to 1,000 units. He has since obtained a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate management and is working towards his accreditation to become a member of the RICS, along with obtaining a registered valuer status. Jack works between the commercial agency, management, and professional departments, being the first graduate surveyor employed by Eightfold.
Outside of property, he is a keen musician and sportsman, being an ex-kickboxing/ Muay Thai instructor that fought competitively on a regular basis. Due to injury, Jack no longer trains in any martial art but still keeps fit, playing badminton, football, golf and swimming regularly.
