James Hawley MARLA
COO
James is a native of Hayling Island, Portsmouth, but moved to Brighton in 2009 to study Law in Business, which he passed in 2012, then going on to pass his LLM Master of Laws graduating in 2013, at which point he joined the ranks of Brighton Accommodation Agency. Whilst working at Eightfold Property, he then want on to graduate his LPC at the university of Law in Guildford.
During his time at Eightfold, James has become an integral part of the machine, honing the systems and pushing the development that has seen us evolve into Eightfold Property. He has overseen the change from paper based letting agency, to progressive and fluid commercial and residential agency.
His hobbies include watching Portsmouth FC play in the lower divisions somewhere, and playing six a side football. He lived in Brighton with his wife and daughter.
