Rachel Branney MRICS
Valuation Director (Northern Region)
Rachel heads up Eightfold Property’s northern region office, bringing 19 years of post-qualification experience, spanning both the private and public sectors. Her career began at Edward Symmons and Partners, subsequently joining CBRE, before taking on a leadership role managing a private property investment company. In 2015, Rachel completed a master’s programme, during which she conducted in-depth research into the role of valuation in the global financial crisis of 2008.
Rachel is a registered valuer, specialising in valuations for loan security purposes. Her extensive experience includes development appraisals, investment valuations, and the valuation of trading businesses such as public houses and nursing homes. In addition to her valuation expertise, Rachel has a strong track record in LPA receivership, commercial agency, and commercial property management.
With a passion for both the academic and practical sides of property valuation, Rachel combines her extensive industry knowledge with a client-focused approach, ensuring exceptional outcomes for stakeholders.
