Robert Hawley
Residential Sales Director
Robert joined Eightfold Property in April 2022 to lead our Sales department, bringing a unique blend of experience across various aspects of the property industry. Before focusing on property sales, Robert gained expertise in energy performance certification, property inventories, and professional property photography, giving him a well-rounded perspective on all facets of property presentation and evaluation.
His four years at one of Brighton’s busiest independent sales offices honed his market knowledge and sales acumen, equipping him with a strategic approach to showcase properties effectively and achieve outstanding results for clients. Robert’s background allows him to highlight the best features of each property, ensuring they make a strong impression in today’s competitive market.
With his first foray into the property industry being as an inventory clerk, Robert picked up an eye for detail and assessing properties, that has proven valuable in his career to date. Robert is also a registered Domestic Energy Assessor.
Residing in Peacehaven with his wife and two children, Robert enjoys the local community and is an active participant in six-a-side football matches, where his team spirit and dedication mirror the values he brings to his professional life.
