Silvana Jeffs
Accounts Manager
Silvana Jeffs brings over 25 years of professional experience in accounting, alongside a decade of expertise in block management and lettings in the UK. Her multifaceted career reflects her adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to delivering excellence in her field.
Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, Silvana’s academic journey began with a strong foundation in economics and accounting during high school (equivalent to A-levels in the UK). Her professional career in Serbia included serving as an Assistant Manager for a company specializing in accounting software sales and maintenance. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial drive, she also owned and operated a bakery in Belgrade before relocating to England.
Upon moving to the UK, Silvana pursued further education, studying Child Development Psychology at the Open University. Her passion for understanding the human mind and behaviour also led her to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Skills Coaching.
Silvana’s role at Eightfold Property leverages her extensive background in financial management, property lettings, and block management. She is a trusted expert on topics such as service charges and tenant responsibilities, contributing valuable insights through the company's blog.
Outside of work, Silvana enjoys indulging her love for reading, watching quality films, and relaxing with a glass of wine. Her diverse life experiences and commitment to lifelong learning make her an integral part of the Eightfold Property team.
