Stacey Farmer
Maintenance Manager
Stacey Farmer joined Eightfold Property as Maintenance Manager in January 2021, bringing over 35 years of hands-on experience in the building trade. His career spans a wide range of projects, from addressing everyday maintenance issues to contributing to iconic structures such as Canary Wharf and the HSBC building in London. Stacey also has a solid background in the healthcare sector, where he worked with the NHS to maintain a variety of mobility equipment, gaining a deep appreciation for the importance of reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
With a practical approach to property maintenance, Stacey emphasizes preventative care and efficient solutions. Whether keeping systems running smoothly or tackling unexpected challenges, he is dedicated to ensuring that every building under Eightfold Property’s care operates like a well-oiled machine.
Outside of work, Stacey is a passionate football fan and a lifelong supporter of Brighton. He enjoys attending games with his grandson whenever possible. Fishing provides his ideal escape, where he unwinds on the shingle by the sea. In his downtime, Stacey cherishes time with his wife, children, and grandson, whom he considers his favorite "team" to support.
